Why Counselling?
In an ideal world, you would be able to talk through your problems with a friend or family member, and feel much better afterwards. But where do you go if that's not possible?

The answer is as simple as seeing a trained therapist, such as myself, to help you deal with negative feelings and start making some positive changes in your life.

Many of my past clients have gone on to make lasting positive changes in their lives - to think and to act differently, and to get great enjoyment out of life again.
